On Friday 8 August Headway Coventry and Warwickshire are hosting their annual picnic. We hope to repeat the success of last year when over 30 members, their family and friends enjoyed a fabulously sunny day out at the Memorial park in Coventry. Everyone brought along picnic food to enjoy and to share with others and Headway Coventry and Warwickshire provided locally made cakes and tea and coffee. A special thanks to Alan’s wife Sue who provided some extra special homemade cakes – there was plenty to go round ! Members enjoyed an afternoon of very board games followed by a competitive game of rounders on the field ! Seems there are some scores to settle this year in the return match ! This years picnic will be taking place on Friday 8th August from 2.00pm – 4.00pm by the side of the Beech Tree cafe in the Memorial Park, Coventry.
