Headway Coventry and Warwickshire are a small but growing branch of Headway UK. A management committee look after the decision making whilst a group of volunteers run the monthly support groups and our part- time Operations Manager looks after the day to day running of the charity .
Volunteers also fundraise for the branch. We are very aware that there is a need for more support for the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) community in the area and we are keen to increase the type and frequency of support we offer but can only do this with the help of more volunteers
.Volunteering roles include:
- fundraising
- marketing and publicity
- support group helpers
- management committee members.
All of our volunteers offer a regular time commitment to Headway Coventry and Warwickshire and this differs from 2 hours every week, to 3 hours every other month, to taking on and completing a specific project – we will be guided by the skills you have to offer and what fits around your current commitments.
All we ask is that you share with us an interest in supporting the ABI community across Coventry and Warwickshire.
